Plain-language summary. We collect the minimum data we need to deliver hosting and bill you for it. We do not sell data. EU residency is the default. Sub-processors are listed publicly at cubitrace.com/trust. You can request a copy of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
1. Who we are
CubitRace Ltd. (the "controller") operates www.cubitrace.com and the CubitRace platform. Our registered office is in Berlin, Germany. The data protection contact is [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, email, billing details, role.
- Operational data — site configurations, deploys, logs, metrics needed to run the platform.
- Customer content — files and database contents you push to a CubitRace site.
- Support correspondence — tickets, chat messages, attachments.
3. How long we keep it
Account data: for as long as the account is active, plus 6 years for tax compliance. Customer content: until you delete it; backups expire on the retention windows in your plan. Logs: 90 days at the edge, 1 year in SIEM.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
5. International transfers
Customer data is stored in the region you select at provisioning. EU customers stay in EU regions by default. Where transfers occur (e.g., support replies routed through a US-based ticketing system), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.
